We do not sell personal information. We do not use SMS opt-in data or consent for any purpose other than the messaging program described in Section 4.

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Custom Works AI related to your AI Profit Map call, scheduling and appointment confirmations, account and product information, support responses, and opt-in and opt-out confirmations. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number you received messages from. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with sub-processors that support our messaging, such as SMS delivery and customer service. In all other cases, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand and improve how the Services are used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. If you do not accept cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly. We do not sell personal information, and mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing as stated in Section 4.
