This Privacy Policy explains how Custom Works AI, a brand operated by Infinity Pipeline AI ("Custom Works AI", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at https://customworks.ai and its subdomains, and the AI consulting and implementation services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or submitting a form on our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
Company / we / us: Infinity Pipeline AI, operating as Custom Works AI, 24402 Hatteras St, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, United States.
Services: Our website and forms, and the AI consulting, design, build, implementation, and ongoing operation services we deliver for clients.
Personal Data: Information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service Provider / sub-processor: A third party that processes data on our behalf and under our instructions to help us operate the Services, for example hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and customer support.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a call, or contact us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include in a message.
- Account and engagement information. The service you ask about, communications between us, and the status of any engagement.
- Usage and device data. Collected automatically when you use the website: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data, through cookies and similar technologies.
- Payment information. Processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
3. How we use information
We use information to: provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; respond to your request and set up and manage your engagement; communicate with you about your account, support requests, and, where permitted, relevant updates and marketing; analyze usage to improve performance and security; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use SMS opt-in data or consent for any purpose other than the messaging program described in Section 4.
4. SMS and text messaging consent
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Custom Works AI related to your AI Profit Map call, scheduling and appointment confirmations, account and product information, support responses, and opt-in and opt-out confirmations. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number you received messages from. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with sub-processors that support our messaging, such as SMS delivery and customer service. In all other cases, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand and improve how the Services are used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. If you do not accept cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.
6. How we share and disclose information
We share information with: sub-processors who provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and customer support, under contracts that limit their use of the data; professional advisors; authorities and other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and an acquirer in connection with a business transaction, subject to this Policy. We do not sell personal information, and mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing as stated in Section 4.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
8. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can:
- Unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to text messages.
- Manage cookies in your browser settings.
- Email us at the address in Section 13 to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted.
